The NTSB has opened an investigation into a weekend crash in Katy, Texas, where a driver hit a home, killing 76-year-old Martha Avila. The driver, Michael Butler, allegedly told authorities he was using Autopilot. Tesla claims data shows Butler's accelerator was pressed to the floor, overriding Full Self-Driving software.
