Google DeepMind released AlphaGenome Atlas, a petabyte-scale database of precomputed predictions for all 9 billion possible single-letter DNA changes in the human genome. Free for academic use, it includes the AlphaGenome Variant Impact score and is over 30 times larger than the AlphaFold database.
