Cycurion Acquires Secuvant and Panoptic Platform

Cycurion closed the acquisition of Secuvant and its Panoptic platform on June 2, 2026. The deal is valued at approximately $2.875 million, including $875,000 in cash and preferred shares. Secuvant shareholders may receive additional earn-out payments through 2028.
