Nvidia Unveils New Chip for PCs

Nvidia unveiled the RTX Spark superchip at Computex in Taiwan. The chip, also called N1X, debuts in fall 2024 in laptops from Microsoft, Dell, and HP. Nvidia has dominated AI chips in data centers and is now expanding to personal computer processors. The move targets the market long held by Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, and Apple. The RTX Spark is an Arm-based processor designed for personal computers.
