Insilico's Rentosertib Lowers Biological Age Markers

Insilico Medicine's AI-designed drug rentosertib reduced biological age markers in a secondary analysis of a phase 2a trial, published in Nature Biotechnology. Six aging clocks independently predicted treated patients were younger than placebo recipients, with effects of roughly three to four years at week four.
