Anthropic unifies Claude memory across chat and Cowork

Anthropic merged Claude chat and Cowork memory, making it two-way and persistent across desktop, mobile, and web. Users can view, edit, or delete memories topic by topic. Sensitive subjects like health, race, and politics are excluded by default, with a toggle to enable them.
