Tesla reported record Q2 2026 revenue of $28.24 billion, up 26% year-over-year, but profits fell 5% to $1.11 billion. Non-GAAP earnings of $0.33 per share missed Wall Street's $0.53 estimate. Automotive gross margins were 16.3% excluding regulatory credits, which plunged 67% to $146 million. Operating income dropped 57% to $398 million.
