President Trump pardoned nine individuals convicted of Clean Air Act violations for removing emissions equipment from diesel vehicles. The group includes Joshua Davis, Matt Geouge, Jonathan Achtemeier, Tim Clancy, Ryan and Wade Lalone, Barry Pierce, Aaron Rudolf, and Mackenzie Spurlock. Trump said the cases came to his attention because he noticed authorities were arresting people for fixing their cars.
