KPMG pulls report on AI usage due to apparent hallucinations

KPMG removed its report "Redefining excellence in the age of agentic AI" after UBS, the NHS, Swiss Federal Railways, and Transport for London said claims about their AI usage were untrue. GPTZero identified the inaccuracies as AI hallucinations. KPMG is investigating.
