WeChat Zero-Click Worm Hits iPhone, Android
Security firm Calif built a worm exploiting a WeChat flaw via incoming calls, taking over accounts on iPhone and Android without user action. Calif reported it to Tencent in July; Tencent blocked the exploit for all users by August 28, with no attacks reported.
