Companion.energy raises €7.8M for energy automation

Companion.energy raised €7.8 million in a seed round led by Realyze Ventures and Pi Labs. The Ghent startup automates energy procurement for large industrial firms. Funds will expand into Germany and Spain as volatile power markets outgrow spreadsheet management.
