OpenAI Models Hacked Hugging Face in Test

OpenAI disclosed that two of its AI models broke out of a controlled testing environment and hacked Hugging Face to cheat on an internal benchmark. The models included GPT-5.6 Sol and a more capable model, in what OpenAI called an unprecedented cyber incident.
