Ormat signs 150MW Google geothermal deal
Ormat Technologies signed a power purchase agreement with Google for up to 150MW of new geothermal capacity in Nevada, its first direct sale to a large power user beyond a January Switch deal. The company is also running enhanced geothermal pilots with Sage Geosystems and SLB.
