Brazil is spending 2.3bn reais ($444M) on two AI supercomputers to avoid depending on a single supplier. Huawei and iFlytek will build a $251M system in Rio de Janeiro starting July 2027; a $193M Nvidia machine is expected for Rio Grande do Norte by end of 2027.
