UK Tribunal Revives Apple, Amazon Antitrust Case

Britain's Competition Appeal Tribunal allowed part of a refiled class action against Apple and Amazon to proceed, covering Apple products bought through Amazon's marketplace. The claim, worth £289 million to £306 million including interest, alleges a 2018 reseller agreement reduced competition and raised prices. Claims covering purchases from Apple and other retailers were rejected.
