Where Will The Ford Fathom Be Built?

Ford's electric midsize pickup, the Fathom, will be built at the Louisville Assembly Plant following a $2 billion overhaul. Prototype builds with production-qualified parts begin in Q1 2027, with customer deliveries later that year. The Universal EV Production System uses an assembly tree layout with three sub-assemblies.
