Blue Origin traced May's New Glenn pad explosion to the main oxygen valve on one BE-4 engine. CEO Dave Limp said small valve modifications, quickly retrofittable to existing engines, are underway. United Launch Alliance will apply the same fixes to Vulcan's BE-4 inventory.
