Googles AI Search is a minefield for schools

Common Sense Media found Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode pose unacceptable risks to children, including failing to detect suicidal ideation, validating disordered eating, and completing homework. Google disputed the testing methods but acknowledged the AI experience is the same for all users. Schools cannot disable only the AI features.
