Google has begun rolling out Android's advanced flow for sideloading apps from unverified developers, requiring a restart and 24-hour wait. Developer verification enforcement starts September 30 in Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand, expanding globally in 2027. ADB installations remain exempt from the requirement.
