Nscale seeks $3.5B pre-IPO financing

Nscale is in talks to raise up to $3.5B before its US listing, including $1.5B in convertible notes led by Third Point and about $2B from Nvidia. The London AI infrastructure company is briefing investors that its contracts total roughly $103B, anchored by a $45B Anthropic deal.
