SweGaN Raises $14M for GaN-on-SiC Wafers

SweGaN closed a $14 million Series B funding round to scale production of gallium-nitride-on-silicon-carbide wafers. The round, also reported as €12.1 million, supports the company's expansion of its semiconductor wafer manufacturing operations.
