Minecraft Java Edition gets first spec bump in 17 years
Mojang raised Minecraft: Java Edition's minimum and recommended system requirements for the first time in 17 years. The new minimum demands 8GB RAM (12GB with integrated GPU), a 4-core CPU, and a Vulkan 1.3 GPU with 2GB VRAM for 30FPS at 1080p.
