Rivian raises EV sales forecast as Q2 production ramps up

Rivian raised its 2026 delivery forecast to between 65,000 and 70,000 vehicles, up from 62,000 to 67,000. The company built 12,613 vehicles and delivered 12,194 in Q2, exceeding its own expectations. Rivian attributed the boost to robust growth in EDV and R1 sales and the introduction of R2 deliveries.
