Thira Raises $21M Seed for AI Agents

Thira, a Bellevue-based enterprise software company, raised a $21 million seed round led by Madrona with participation from FUSE. Founded by Apptio co-founders Sunny Gupta and Kurt Shintaffer, Thira builds an agentic execution system using self-learning AI to automate back-office IT workflows. The company plans to expand its engineering team and launch broadly in fall 2026.
