Tesla Recalls 15 EVs Over Canadian Safety Standards

Tesla is recalling 15 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles built in Berlin or Shanghai for the Canadian market and later imported into the US. The cars lack a knee airbag and fail US unbelted test requirements. Tesla is repurchasing imported vehicles and rescinding compliance letters for others.
