OpenAI temporarily relaxes GPT-5.6 Sol usage limits

OpenAI temporarily removed the five-hour usage restriction for GPT-5.6 Sol on Plus, Pro, and Business plans and issued a one-time usage reset. The company is also making the model more efficient so it consumes less usage. Users in mainland China praised the model's token efficiency despite higher per-token costs than domestic rivals.
