Anthropic and Airbnb expand in New York City

Anthropic is leasing a 16-story building at 330 Hudson Street in Manhattan, planning to double its New York workforce to over 1,000 employees by year-end. Airbnb purchased 281 Park Avenue South for $81.5 million to house its 600-plus local employees. Both moves counter billionaire warnings about New York's business climate.
