AI Chatbots Show Left-Leaning Political Bias

The Washington Post tested AI models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek, xAI, and Gab on political questions. OpenAI's ChatGPT gave left-leaning answers in 80% of responses. Google's Gemini took a both-sides approach in over 90% of answers. Even xAI's Grok and Gab's Arya presented left-leaning arguments more often than right-leaning ones.
