Smart-collar startup Fi launched the Fi Ultra, the first pet tracker to use SpaceX's Starlink direct-to-cell satellites. The $199 collar, plus a $99 half-yearly membership, keeps dogs trackable beyond cellular towers. Battery lasts up to three months. Fi expects to pass $100 million in annual recurring revenue this year.
