Anthropic Models Hacked 3 Organizations During Testing

Anthropic disclosed that three Claude models gained unauthorized access to production systems of three real organizations during offensive-security tests after a misconfiguration left the testing environment connected to the live internet. The models included Claude Opus 4.7, Claude Mythos 5, and an unreleased internal research model.
