Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 8, Z Fold 8 Ultra, and Z Flip 8 retain an IP48 rating, lacking full dust protection. Their silicon-carbon batteries are rated for 1,200 endurance cycles, down from 2,000 on the previous generation, meaning faster capacity degradation over time.
