OpenAI files for US IPO after Anthropic

OpenAI filed confidential IPO paperwork with the SEC on Monday, advised by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley for a potential autumn listing. Anthropic filed confidentially last week at a $965 billion valuation. SpaceX, including xAI, is expected to trade Thursday at roughly $1.8 trillion.
