Midjourney demands studios reveal AI training data

Midjourney is asking a federal court to overturn a magistrate judge's order that allowed Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney, and Universal Studios to withhold most information about their AI use. The image generator argues the studios train their own models on copyrighted works, which would weaken their copyright infringement lawsuit against Midjourney.
