Anthropic captured 65.1 percent of Vercel AI Gateway spending in July 2026 with 30 percent of tokens, at 4.4 times the average per-token cost. Overall gateway spending rose 37 percent, token volume 59 percent, and average token prices fell 13.6 percent.
