Cognition acquires AI assistant Poke

Cognition, the AI coding startup, has acquired Poke, the AI assistant that users text like a friend, in a deal valuing the parent company in the low nine figures. Poke will bring its personality-driven interaction model to Cognition's coding assistant Devin, while gaining access to Cognition's models and infrastructure. Over the past three months, Poke users exchanged more than 100 million messages.
