Windows 11 adds permanent OneDrive backup opt-out

Windows 11's out-of-box experience now offers an "Opt out of backup" button for OneDrive, replacing the previous "Remind me in 3 days" option. The change ends a long-standing dark pattern and gives users a direct refusal during setup.
