Tesla driver charged after FSD crash kills woman

Harris County prosecutors charged Michael David Butler with manslaughter for a June 19 Tesla Model 3 crash in Katy, Texas. Investigators found the car hit Martha Avila at 73 mph while Full Self-Driving was engaged and steering left. Prosecutors recovered Google searches claiming FSD is not aggressive enough as evidence he overrode speed intentionally.
