Glassdoor's analysis of employee reviews found Gen X workers nearly 50% positive on AI, versus 33% of Gen Z and 40% of Millennials. Overall AI mentions in reviews fell to 43% positive in 2026, down from 81% in 2019, with women more critical across all ages.
