Valar Atomics raises $1B Series B led by Sequoia

Valar Atomics raised $1 billion in Series B funding led by Sequoia Capital, with Shaun Maguire joining the board, plus a $200 million credit facility from Erebor, J.P. Morgan, Crescent Cove, and Hercules Capital. The nuclear startup will manufacture small modular reactors at scale.
