Beacon Raises $225M in Series C Funding

Beacon raised $225 million in Series C funding led by General Catalyst and HarbourVest. The company adds Mark Schaaf as CPO/COO and Goutham Buchi as CTO. Beacon acquires businesses at roughly one per week and reports over 50% EBITDA growth in the last year.
