SpaceX absorbs xAI into SpaceXAI brand

SpaceX officially absorbed xAI under the SpaceXAI brand, completing the largest private merger in history valued at $1.25 trillion. The new logo embeds xAI letters inside the SpaceX identity. The merger, announced in May 2026, aims to build orbital data centers using up to one million satellites as AI compute nodes.
