Samsung Electronics is cutting 839 jobs across its U.S. consumer electronics business as it relocates its American headquarters from New Jersey to Texas by year-end. The cuts include 739 roles at its Englewood Cliffs office and roughly 100 workers in Plano, Texas. Most affected New Jersey employees received relocation offers.
