Kepler Computing, a San Jose startup founded in 2018, has exited stealth with a new 3D-stacking architecture for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and SRAM. The company claims its approach increases density without extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUV) and can be produced in existing fabs.
