Pascal, a New York-based prediction market startup, raised $9 million in a Series A led by Union Square Ventures. The platform, launched in June 2026 and still in private beta, targets professional traders with perpetual futures-style trading, competitive fees, and advanced tools. Cofounders Ivo Crnkovic-Rubsamen and Matthew Downey previously raised $6 million from Wintermute Ventures and DBA.
