E Ink Debuts Kaleido 4 Color Screen

E Ink announced the Kaleido 4 display on 15 October, doubling color gamut to 40K and boosting white reflectance by 15%. The technology enables video playback at 18fps and improves contrast by 50%. Hanvon Technology's M10C II smart notebook is the first device to use this display, currently sold only in China market.
