BNY and Citadel Test Tokenized Treasuries

BNY and Citadel Securities completed a transaction using tokenized U.S. Treasuries on Tuesday to speed up Wall Street financing. The asset settled within minutes on BNY's private ledger before Citadel used it as collateral. This marks the first use of tokenized assets on a major triparty platform, enabling a more efficient financial system.
