Musk Accuses Ukraine of Starlink Violation

Elon Musk claims Ukraine violated Starlink terms by using the civilian service for offensive drone strikes to kill people. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy denied this as technically impossible and confirmed Starlink and Starshield services were fully restored, allowing devices traveling over 400kmh to connect. The speed limit was 90 kilometers per hour before restoration.
