Xbox disc-to-digital program opens to all

Microsoft has opened its disc-to-digital licensing program to all Xbox users, letting owners of supported Xbox Series X and Xbox One discs insert a game to claim a digital license and play without the disc. Xbox 360 and original Xbox titles are excluded, and the Xbox Series S cannot use it. The feature was previously limited to Xbox Insiders.
