Benford Raises €5M for Tech-Native Audit

Benford, a Norwegian registered audit firm, raised €5 million in pre-seed funding led by firstminute capital and Global Founders Capital. Its AuditOS platform runs statutory audits end to end, connecting to ERP, subledgers, invoices and banks. The funding will expand London and Oslo offices and enter Sweden, targeting Europe's mid-market where large firms are pulling back.
