SK Hynix Offers US Fab for China Access

SK Hynix's Solidigm unit seeks U.S. approval to export chipmaking equipment to its Dalian facility in China. This request comes as a condition to build a new semiconductor factory in the U.S., potentially in upstate New York. The move follows September 2025 export restrictions and aims to secure a 2027 U.S. IPO valued at up to $100 billion.
